Yogi was instrumental in developing a comprehensive analytical platform geared towards the Direct Selling & CPG Industries. The platform identified Drivers of Sales and Operational Performance and helped companies with their Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain strategies. Prior to that, as a Senior Corporate Executive at Avon Products, Inc. (a $12+ billion company), he was responsible for Global Customer Experience, E-commerce & Strategic Initiatives. At Avon he implemented Customer and Representative Experience Management strategies across the enterprise and led the creation of Service Centers of Excellence enterprise wide to support key activities of targeting, acquiring, retaining, understanding and collaborating with Representatives & Customers.
