  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or any servers/networks.

  • All fees and billing terms will be defined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Subscription Contract.

  • Taxes, renewal terms, and payment failure clauses will be explicitly included.

  • Custom cancellation or refund policies (if any) will be agreed upon at contract signing.

8. Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime and service continuity. However, access to the Services may occasionally be restricted due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen outages. Watern is not liable for downtime or data loss beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the Services

  • Data loss, system errors, or security breaches

  • Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the event.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • You misuse our services or violate applicable laws

  • A contract or subscription ends and is not renewed

You may terminate your use at any time by ceasing all access and use of our Services.
